Have multiple policies and seems to add a new one every year. Had a stroke last year and occasionally get forgetful 😵‍💫. If I'm late, I get a text reminder. Never have o had an unpleasant result thru many years. Most of my actions now are by phone. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Been around longer than Jake
